A post workout body care routine

The gym instructors like to say the best way to keep fit and to stay fit is to get into a routine and habit when it comes to going to the gym and keeping fit. We would say that one way of making sure you keep your body and skin feeling healthy and looking good is to get into a routine post your gym workout too. 

Pretty much every guy is going to take a shower after they've done a workout. This is the perfect time to apply a few products. One of the products we like to use is a body butter, the body butter in this case is our Sheffield Skincare Top Forge Body Butter. When you've finished in the shower, dry yourself off and then take a little bit of the butter and rub it into your hands, feet and some over your arms, legs and torso. Being in the gym can, or as your gym instructor would say, should (!) make you seriously sweat. You then have your sweaty clothes resting on your skin. None of this is particularly good for your skin. So after your shower rehydrate and moisturise your skin, plus give your muscles a little massage to get them to relax. 

Get used to doing this after your post gym shower and you'll find your skin feels nice, fresh and healthy. Plus, you'll smell great too ;) And who doesn't enjoy giving their muscles a little massage after a workout? You've just put the effort in so reward yourself!

Turn this into your post gym routine and that hard work you put in can be justly rewarded afterwards!
